East Asia Real Estate Management Company

In 1986, the Taiwan government established the real estate management protocols to rectify what were at the time archaic real estate transaction procedures, to ensure the security of home purchases, to reduce transaction disputes, and to guide the construction industry to operate more soundly. These protocols were also created to help facilitate real estate management companies to perform a professional and objective role in real estate transactions. One year later, East Asia Real Estate Management Company was formally established on October 1, 1987 through the joint investment of academics, social leaders and the reputable First Commercial Bank with a registered capital of 200 million NTD.

Since 2011 all off the company's shares are held exclusively by First Commercial Bank and the employees of East Asia Real Estate Management Company. The directors, supervisors and consultants on the Company's Board are all carefully selected for their professional and academic expertise. The strong foundation, professional leadership, and unity of the company form the cornerstone to East Asia Real Estate Management Company’s professional, stable and sustainable operation. ​
