For decades, residents have been faced with the conundrum of how to redevelop their homes. "Autonomous Redevelopment" is a method in which each participates in the whole process of the redevelopment project. The residents themselves decide on the direction of their own home redevelopment. Homeowners work with established banks for financing and funds are protected under specially created trusts so that each homeowner is protected in the process. The allocation of the property is made through an impartial and transparent mechanism, and is reviewed and supervised by the government. 100% of the profits generated go back directly to the homeowners. We operate on the premise that the homeowner is fully in charge of the decision making process, while we take care of all the professional work and execution of the redevelopment project.
