本更新單元範圍位於臺北市士林區雨農路以東、雨農路32巷以北之街廓,面積約474.93坪,更新單元內皆為二層樓加強磚造建築,屋齡均已逾45年。

 

本案全體住戶決定以自主更新進行重建,並組織「臺北市士林區忠勇新村附近更新地區福林段一小段355地號等18筆土地更新單元都市更新會」為實施者,委託宏瑋地產開發股份有限公司擔任全案統籌管理工作,透過都市更新的方式改善居住品質,提升整體都市景觀,並使周邊交通系統能更加安全無虞,故配合政府都市發展政策,更新再造老舊社區。更新後將興建地上十二層、地下三層之鋼筋混凝土建築物。
