[Guling Street Metropolitan Renewal Case] The scope of this renewal unit is the east of Xiamen Street, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City, the south of Lane 147, Xiamen Street, the west of Guling Street, and the northeast side of the street profile enclosed by the north of Shuiyuan Road.

Before the renovation of this case, there were five original four-story reinforced concrete buildings with forty houses, all of which were for residential use. The cost of reconstruction in this case is borne by the investor, Smart City Construction Co. , Ltd. , and the property rights and funds are included in the trust management.

The required engineering costs, public facilities costs, rights conversion costs, management costs, loan interest, etc., shall be jointly borne by the land owners in the renewal unit according to the proportion of their rights value, and the land and buildings that should be allocated after the rights conversion will be discounted. credited to the funders of this case. The
implementer is responsible for professional and technical services such as renewal business and construction project management, and does not participate in the allocation of post-renewed premises .
