[Changshou Section Metropolitan Renovation Project in Sanchong District] This renewal unit is located in the section of the street surrounded by Longbin Road, Changyuan Street, Hebin North Street and the six-meter undeveloped road in Sanchong District, New Taipei City.

Before the renovation of this case, there were two original four-story reinforced concrete buildings with 5 houses in total, and the age of the houses were 28 and 38 years respectively. The current condition is used by a printing and dyeing factory. Reconstruction through overall planning through urban renewal to improve the living environment, beautify the urban landscape, promote the rational use of land and enhance public interests. After reconstruction, it is a reinforced concrete residential building with 19 floors above ground and 4 floors underground.

In this case, Jinfeng Construction Co., Ltd. acted as the "implementer", and handled the case with all the landlords in the form of "rights change". Huang Xiuzhuang Architects was appointed to be responsible for the architectural design, and East Asia Construction Manager Company was responsible for the updating and planning operations.
